God hotel. Service is great. Good location but I would have chosen different hotel because of lack of parking space and information about parking.

Central location, clean rooms, good breakfast

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip for one night. The hotel has a good gym area and a nice sauna to unwind. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. On overall I had a good stay and would book a room in this hotel again.

guest comfort not a priority

It was okay, but lacking in customer service. The biggest problem was loud drilling on the other side of the wall in the morning. I would expect reception to give an advanced warning so I could plan around it. It showed a lack of concern for guest comfort. There were other issues but less important: keeping an extra folding bed stored in the room when it was not needed or requested, not having a wine opener for guests to use. Overall it gave the feeling that employee convenience is more important than guest comfort.

The property was not clean. We found hair in the pillows and sheets. My sister was itching after sleeping on the sheets. No air conditioning nor air flow. When you open the window to get sir, you are surrounded by building with noisy residents. Can’t close the curtains for privacy because you need air in the room. Sweden is beautiful, but this hotel ruins the experience.
