"Spacious room in a great location. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and we slept well in our beds. Requesting an extra pillow was no problem. Very service minded and friendly staff. The only downside was the non-functioning pool and the somewhat outdated fitness facilities. A lot of the machines were down due to maintenance issues."

"Ich bin aus Costa Rica nach Lüneburg gereist, um die Weihnachtsmärkte zu besuchen, und hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, ganz nah an der Altstadt und den Weihnachtsmärkten, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Lage macht wirklich den Unterschied, um die Stadt in der Weihnachtszeit in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert."

"Lüneburg ist immer eine Reise wert und das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, toller Empfang, saubere Zimmer- vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig- viele Ablagen. Das Parkhaus ist klein, aber bis jetzt hatten wir immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Ganz toll die Minibar ist inklusive und die Leckerlis ( Stuten, Weingummi, Obst, Getränke ) beim Empfang. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder..."

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."
