"The location was perfect; however, the property needs updating. The room was a typical Japanese size (a small room) and still looks like it's from the 1970s. Available amenities were poor compared to other hotels. Food at Hapuna was extremely poor quality. I don't recommend spending money there."

I recommend to do reservations in advance, we did not have one and had to wait 30 minutes which was not bad since we can seat and enjoy the view of the city and the tower. I loved that they set the room at night, place chocolates on the bed, Ice and the weather forecast for the next day. You will loved the place!"

"Very nice location. Not a five star hotel but comfortable enough. We stayed her mostly for the convenience of being near the station, food, shops and the heart of shinjuku. Rooms could be updated but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the rooms. Bathrooms are nice and updated. Would stay again. "
