Excellent hotel in quiet neighborhood near Shinjuku station. Station was just a short walk. Many great restaurants. We had 2 adjoining rooms for 4 people. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was awesome - favorite part was the heated toilet seat. Great service as well. Would definitely stay again

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great. Unfortunately the room we were assigned especially the bathroom is in much need of an update. The bathroom is completely outdated for this grade of hotel. It lacked ventilation and therefore had mold and a musty smell.

Stayed for 5 days with husband, daughter, and parents. Rooms were clean, wonderful shower pressure, restaurant options were good, observation deck was nice, Disney bus convenient. Only small nit was bed and pillow firmness - after long days of walking I can sleep almost anywhere, however did find their bed and pillows to be firmer than we preferred.

Great location as we had a great view of the building behind us for the light show each night, was also easy access to train. We ate at the buffet one night and it was great my three kids really enjoyed it and I would highly recommend the Japanese hamburger via room service..it might be the best burger I’ve ever had. 7-11 in the building huge plus as well. Rooms were great for my family of 5 even if we needed 2 rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location especially when the airport limousine is right there. It is close to the hussle and bustle of the Shinjuku restaurants and stores yet not as crowded but the restaurants downstairs are also great. The staff is very helpful. The room is very comfortable and spacious with good amenities.
