This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was very comfortable, the staff were all pleasant, room service was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring Ottawa. Will definitely stay here again when in our nation’s capital.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Germain Hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and felt like such a treat after a busy day in the city. Everything was immaculate, calm, and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful, and they made the whole experience feel warm and personal rather than simply polished. From arrival through departure, we felt very well looked after. Le Germain has that rare combination of stylish, modern luxury and real hospitality. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended.

I stayed one night at Le Germain. My room was very attractive - clean, very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff on the front desk were pleasant and welcoming. I have rated it 4 star primarily due to the open plan bathroom. Only the toilet was enclosed. This wasn't an issue as I was by myself, but I can imagine that a couple would not be able to use the mirrors/sink/shower without disturbing the other person.

Third time staying at Le Germain and we are always very impressed. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. The location is perfect for exploring the Byward Market or other downtown attractions like Parliament or the National Gallery. If we could give a rating above ‘excellent’ for the staff we would. They have always been exceptional at every single point of contact, whether you are asking for help or just passing them in the hallway. I just wish there was more parking available and that the parking garage wasn’t so tight. But at this point we wouldn’t consider booking anywhere else for our annual trip to Ottawa.
