Stayed here for two nights, the hotel was excellent and the staff were super helpful. We had the 9th floor and parking with in and out privileges that allowed us to explore the city multiple times throughout the day! Housekeeping was on time and professional- made sure we had a great experience during our stay!

The hotel is centerally located and you can easily walk to points of interest. The rooms were spacious , comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had lots of options to choose from. I felt safe, you needed to swipe room key to engage the elevators.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The location was fantastic — easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to see in Ottawa.
