Property smells both outside and inside. Pulling up to the hotel, the parking lot and building are run down. You can tell they’re working to renovate. Front desk was extremely friendly and check in went smoothly. Room didn’t smell, thankfully, and it was quiet. A/C worked well and hot water didn’t run out during shower. This worked for this stay, but I wouldn’t stay here, again.

Room was not ready at 3:00 pm check in but was in about 20 minutes. Hotel was pretty simple but very clean and was affordable. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed here with a concert at the Sandwich Fair, good location.

It was fine

Was not a fancy hotel. Kind of dated. But clean, quiet...bed was not terrible, no breakfast to speak of. If your looking for a clean room to lay your head for the night would recommend.

Had an Accessibility room which I requested. Easy in and out of tub. And pulling self up off of toilet. Convenient location for visiting relatives in the area. Only disappointment was the continental breakfast. Coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, packaged doughnut, and apple.

Clean but uncomfortable

Pros: Hotel was clean, room was sufficient, in a convenient location. Cons: beds were very uncomfortable - for that reason alone, I would not stay again. Also, the breakfast was lacking. I understand they are sticking with pre-packaged foods, but it was mostly all carbs, and not very good ones at that.

Fine for over night stay.

It was an over night stay. Check in was ok front desk could be better when it comes to costumers service in my opinion. Room was fine for a 2 star hotel over night stay. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean except for the vacuuming. I found what seem to be nail clippings on the carpet. Make sure you check out exactly by 11am because 6mins over you’ll have the front desk calling you and asking you to leave.

Room has had some minor updates, bed was comfortable. Towels were too small and thin… view was of a corn field which was better than a parking lot and some what relaxing. Tv channel selection was good enough, couldn’t figure out why some regular channels were in Spanish. Didn’t wake up early enough for the breakfast. Was a bummer to not have an elevator as I was in second floor. Quiet enough

Just a Place to Sleep

Overall, this hotel is not the worst we've stayed at, but it needs improvement in many areas. The hallways are scuffed and in need of a paint job. The breakfast was only cereal, granola bars, fruit, and beverages. While our room was clean and somewhat comfortable, the in-room fridge motor ran loudly all night and kept waking us up. The staff was pleasant, however. If you only want a place just to sleep, this would be it. Otherwise, spend a little more and get more.
