“The staff person that greeted us was abrupt, appeared bored with her job, barely answered our questions, when asked about dinner places she said, “I don’t know the names of any restaurants, just drive down the road for 4 miles.” It felt like the 3 of us in my family were interrupting her evening. ”

“very well maintained and clean hotel with a staff willing to help you thru those minor troubles traveling will create. However the breakfast bar left a bit to be desired. A better waffle would have helped.....great stay!”

“비행기 연착으로 인해 예상 밖에 오타와에서 머물게 되어 급히 잡은 숙소 였는데 도보 10분 거리에 마트도 있고, 뜨거운 물이 필요했는데 로비층에 비치되어 있어서 좋았고, 방에 전자렌지가 있어서 도움이 많이 되었어요. 특히 아침 조식이 4시 30분부터 먹을 수 있어 급히 떠나야 하는 저희에겐 든든했으며, 정성껏 차려진 호텔 조식에 감동 받았습니다. 또한 매 정시간마다 공항행 셔틀이 있고 기사님도 엄~~~~~청 친절하셔서 너무 고마웠어요. 잠시 거쳐가는 오타와였지만 비행기 연착되어 피곤했던 시간을 숙소의 친절함 덕분에 마음이 따뜻한 시간으로 바뀌었어요. 더 번창하시고 하는일 모두 잘 되길 바랍니다. 감사합니다. ”

“I liked the easy access from the parking lot to the ground floor rooms. The continental breakfast was exactly as advertised; muffins, cereal and fruit.”
