“It was a over night stay that lead to a second stay due to vehicle issues. The staff was awesome and very helpful making our unexpected stay pleasant.”

“The pancake machine was awesome The only complaint was the room where the tables are for breakfast on our Sunday was closed for meeting , few tables outside the dining room was available for coffee with the quite number of guests having coffee all the same time, we ended up having breakfast standing. Please be mindful that some customers have picked the hotel because breakfast was included and there was no dining table available for most of the people at the time .”

“Outside grounds are very well maintained. When you walk in you're greeted by friendly staff, they were very kind to my party and asked about our stay with genuine interest. The layout of the hotel and finding your room can be a bit difficult, but the rooms themselves were neat and tidy, a/c worked great. Complimentary wine was provided in both rooms, which was a nice gesture. My party enjoyed the pool and had a great time cooling off on the hot day!”

“Modern clean hotel. The rooms are clean, we stayed in the room with a kitchenette very convenient.”

“So clean and bright. Really well decorated too. Really nice place.”

“Spacious suites and well maintained. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun and large. The gym is well equipped but would benefit from extended hours (closes at 10pm). Parking is free and the location is convenient to drive to various points in Ottawa. There is also a bus stop right outside if you want to take public transit. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart and a Food Basics within walking distance as well. Breakfast is not included but there is an on site restaurant that is reasonably priced.”

“Hi…This was our first time in Ottawa and staying at this hotel…The smell of weed or whatever the people that were staying there were smoking was disgusting outside the premises as well as inside in the lobby and the hallway….We were highly disappointed and will not stay there again….”
