"The housekeeping service was great! Front desk staff were very pleasant. Building is kept fairly secure. Rooms were spacious with comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Parking was convenient, but a little pricey (though worthwhile for the ease - and the hotel is centrally located); recommend not using the garage parking if you have a large vehicle with a hatchback - the ceiling was too low to get the back open in my assigned parking space, which made getting the luggage out quite difficult."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room we were given was amazing with beautiful views across central Ottawa. The staff were also very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to the staff member who served us at breakfast. She was busy on her own, but gave wonderful service to everyone and was very efficient. The food was a la carte but at a very high standard. It was delicious especially the eggs benedict and banana bread.The reception staff were great too. The special welcome drink for every guest on the first night at the bar with views was very welcoming. The location is very central and easy to walk. Only negative i can say about the hotel is the front of it doesn't look like a hotel from the outside, but the inside is modern and well maintained."

"Overall, the stay was decent, but for the price, the Executive Class King room was not nearly as extravagant as expected. The room itself was also smaller than anticipated. The elevators felt quite dated, and the check-in wait was over 10 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pool and hot tub area were also very dated and smaller than expected. The restaurant was disappointing as well — overpriced for the portion sizes served. Another downside was how thin the windows seemed to be, as downtown traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. On the positive side, the valet service was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the experience. The staff handling valet were professional, quick, and very friendly."
