“Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le port, nous avons été très déçus car il y avait des travaux sur la façade, il y avait donc un échafaudage avec des bâches juste devant notre fenêtre donc aucun point de vue! J’aurais bien aimé que l’établissement m’avertisse de ce désagrément. Ensuite à notre arrivée le ménage de la chambre était vraiment limite, il y avait des poils dans la douche des cheveux dans le lit (qui d’ailleurs n’était pas bien fait ….nous avons même retrouvé un mouchoir...

Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the street below and park across. The room was very large with a separate loveseat to sit on and relax. Breakfast was great and the serving team was lovely.”

“Nice, simple, clean room in Benbecula, South Uist. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice hotel restaurant a short walk away from the Hebridian Stay. We would stay here again the next time we visit south/north Uist.”

“I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room.”
