Had to use the emergency contact no, and a member of staff came out to help. After failing to get it to work she opened reception and checked us in manually. The rural location is just a small detour away from the busy motorways making it an ideal location for a stopover near the calais crossings. "A beautiful hotel inside and out. We had a family room with the pull out sofa which turned into 2 single beds for the children. It was spacious and comfortable with lovely finishing touches. The welcome gift (games) for the children was a nice surprise. Really modern and eco friendly. "
