"I called before I booked a stay here to confirm if i can have early check in (1 day before ) they said no problem at all and asked what time i would be checking in and room. Once i arrived, they wanted to charge me $75 to check in 2 hours early. When the whole room was $85, after I explained i was never told this, the guy didnt care and didnt do anything. I sat in the lobby to look at more places because after the rude guy and what happened, i would be damned if i paid another $75 for a room there, I looked down and had two ants crawling on me so i stood up and saw 2 more on the chairs. I got out of there quick and filed a dispute with my credit card "

"We had an amazing stay at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue while celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and truly made our stay feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was absolutely stunning — we were lucky to have a corner room with large panoramic windows and a gorgeous city view. It was quiet, comfortable, and felt very luxurious. A special thank you to the staff for the thoughtful anniversary surprise — a bottle of sparkling wine and a beautifully presented dessert with a personalized message. It was such a kind and memorable touch that we truly appreciated. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bellevue with everything within walking distance. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back again for a special occasion. Highly recommend!"

"Room 324 - fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Told it to the front desk staff but the issue was never addressed."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable."

"Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, skywalks to shopping and restaurants so very convenient. Love the apples and water at checkin and the breakfast at Eques is great. Only complaints are the $7 per package charge for receiving a package, and the lukewarm temp water in the shower. Overall a great hotel experience I will stay again."
