Ac went out in the hotel for more than a day. Was miserably hot with 84% humidity and could only offer a fan. There was banging outside all night due to neighboring trash business, which kept us up all night. The auto blinds kept rolling up by themself, which also kept waking us up. Hairdryer was broke, and water pressure is poor and went cold several times. It’s a charming old hotel but definitely NOT worth the price and needs updated. Staff was pleasant and room was clean! Location is great but only if you don’t like to sleep!

The free breakfast is not worth it— very crowded and mediocre buffet. The room was nice, shower gets the whole bathroom floor wet. Great location to visit Times Square! Overall we would stay again!
