The Leisure Facility is all excellent, and staff encountered there were friendly and eager to please. Room Service Staff also very friendly. The Hotel is truly a lovely place to stay in all respects, and i look forward to returning!"

"We've stayed here several times and the staff are always friendly and the food very good. It's in a great location with easy access to buses going to the centre, plus there's ample parking. Rooms vary - this time we booked two nights in a Deluxe which had a lovely view and spacious bathroom. The decor isn't perhaps what you would expect in such a grand Scottish building but the glitzy wallpaper and large silver horsehead bedside lamps might go as the hotel is currently being refurbished. For an Edinburgh stay in low season, it's very good value."
