"Helpful & professional staff, modern & comfortable area to wait for our room’s readiness. The third floor room had floor to ceiling windows with sheers & blackout curtains and was well designed & crisply prepared. The bedding was attractive & arranged nicely (lots of pillows, something for everyone) and the mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was modernly styled, plenty of hot water for the glass enclosed shower, very clean & well maintained with nice smelling body wash, shampoo, conditioner & hand soap. The towels smelled fresh & were the right blend of soft & absorbent. We had a complimentary shuttle with a pleasant driver to JFK at 6am.
