โThis hotel is a scam. Do not stay here. I prepaid my reservation on hotels.com and they said they didn't receive it and forced me to pay them directly. They refused to refund even though I paid twice for the same reservation. The hotel rooms are aged and have the basics. The bathroom was basic with toilet and shower. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The area is around the hotel has nothing to see.โ
โThe staff were police and curteous. I was given a bigger non smoking room when requested instantly. The rooms were clean and tidy. Well worth the money spent. โ
โLove the hospitality of the staff. Cleanliness was very good, we had all the in house bed ware , cutlery, toiletries and etc well cleaned and hygienic. Property was well looked after, with cctv , all the amenities are well in excellent condition. The room rates and refunds were well economic i.e value for money!โ
โI AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EXPEDIA. THEY ARE LISTING THE PROPERTIES WITHOUT VERIFYING THE INFORMATION. IT IS NOT A HOTEL...IT IS A GUEST HOUSE. UPON ARRIVAL, THE receptionist refused TO CHECK US IN BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE MY CONFIRMATION INFORMATION. IT IS AN UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY. I FILED A COMPLAINT, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA. BYE...โ
