"When we checked into our room we found that it had not been cleaned at all -- not even touched. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to wait about half an hour for staff to come in to clean it. However, despite this initial negative impression, I really liked this place. The ocean view was spectacular, the walk to the beach was short, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the ocean in all its moods."

"Location was good - room was clean. They've obviously done some updating so it doesn't appear to be old and dated. The staff was OK. They weren't rude, but I got the impression they just didn't like people. That said, I would stay here again."

"It is an older resort that has been bought by a new owner. They are working hard to upgrade. Ashley the owner did great working with us, getting in early so we could head out fishing. The front store area isn't open for business yet. I'm sure it will be eventually. It has its own dock with fish cleaning station. Will definetily stay there again."

"Tiny home was mot ready at check in time. Plumbing problem and owner working on issue at check in time. He was very grumpy, mean, and indifferent to our excitement to check in to tiny home reserved. He says we could not stay in tiny home until fixed, and did not know when that would be. He was pushy and tried to push us to another alternative house that was not what we paid for, or wanted at all. Co-owner named Hope arrived a bit later and was abrupt and not empathetic to our situation at first. Later she did offer to give us a refund, and helped us find another property for the night."
