“This resort is a gem! We stumbled across it when we needed an overnight stay prior to a next day train ride. If we would have known, we would have spent at least 3 days. The owner and staff are a delight, the atmosphere and grounds and pool area are gorgeous! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing dinner with a Tuscan sunset and great wine! Breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be back.”

“We came for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for construction, surrounded by very unattractive bright orange fencing. Neither the hotel’s website nor Expedia mentioned that the pool was closed, so we were very disappointed. However, the property is cute and rustic. The restaurant is very good, the staff is pleasant, and the view is stunning.”
