"I've been travelling in hostals since 35 years. I have never seen so dirty rooms. The place is great, but I felt really not comfortable, and I moved out from hostal as soon as I was able to do. The patio is great, the peole nice, but the rooms have to be redone totally. It's definitly awfull. And I'm not talking about the bathrooms."

"It was great in the begining, they offer unlimited coffee (bad quality but unlimited). And they are very friendly. When paying time came, they took almost twice the price of my reservation and they didn't even give me any receipt. "

"So close to everything, they clean and tidy all day, secure, rooms are very clean but must say quite tiny - the rooftop kitchen and dining space make up for this such a lovely space, looked after our bags while went up the volcano. "

"The hotel is wonderful and the front desk staff, Brian and Guadalupe, are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop garden was absolutely amazing place to sit and eat. Looking forward to returning in January 2026."

No se respetó la reservación y cuando nos pudimos comunicar por teléfono con el responsable nos envió a otro alojamiento Casa Alicia, que tiene condiciones bastante deplorables para recibir a los huéspedes. Alojamiento muy sucio y las camas en muy mal estado. Nos tuvimos que salir a buscar otro sitio para dormir que fue Posada de la Luna. Fue una experiencia desagradable. Por este motivo solicito el REEMBOLSO de los MX619 pesos."

"Great location right by the beach! Dorms are nice and comfy, locker under the bed for your belongings, although a bit hot in the dorms as there are fans but not AC. Nice and clean facilities, they offer activities and can help with booking of shuttle. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Overall a great place to unwind whether you want to have fun in the waves or relax by the pool. "
