"Great location near to Kona village. Right on the coast line, beautiful views. Resort is undergoing a “refresh” which is great. It is an iconic long standing resort in Kona. Only one pool but if you’re lucky you can sit right next to views of breaking waves. "

"Alway a great time at the outrigger, ac leaked in the closet and it took some doing for the management to take accountability, really disappointing as we have stayed there many times, as we checked out it turns out it’s a common problem as the AC unit sits inside the closet. No notes were made so they tried to charge for the dried cleaning bill, but the lovely lady that checked us out quickly corrected the mistake. Staff all around are truly amazing, the only hiccup came from management. "
