"No garbage bags in the room and the rooms are cleaned every other day so you have to call to get towels before they come the next day to clean your room. Also if you’re a light sleeper you’re going to have a little trouble sleeping you can hear literally everything going on around you even outside."

"Breakfast buffet was small, and I wish they would put lids on the foods. The fruit was covered in flies and my hubby refused to eat there after he noticed. The place was under construction. I feel like a discount should have been offered here. The room itself I feel need some updating, paint peeling, no lights only lamps. but the view was amazing. Location amazing. The ppl friendly, the house keeping always done well and quickly. The hotel is central to everything. "

"This resort is in need of some major updates. The buildings are shabby. Staff is nice but restaurant service not great. Best thing is the location. Walking distance to Kona-Kailua. We won’t revisit until updates are made."
