Pacific Pinball Museum Tours

The location of this property can’t be beat. With that being said, the rooms are tired and in need of a refresh. I’ve been staying here for years and nothing has changed. Upon check in I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. When I returned to the front desk they could no longer find my reservation and were less than helpful. I ended up on the phone with hotels to get it sorted out before they would check me in. The rooms are dank and old. Bathrooms are dirty and very basic.

I had a great experience at Executive Inn & Suites! I especially want to thank Enrique at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. His professionalism and genuine care made my stay even better. Thank you, Enrique, for making guests feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!
