"The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite clean. I prefer staying in the rooms with a view overlooking the city or the bay but even the rooms looking over the inner courtyard are comfortable. I always look forward to dropping my baggage when I arrive and heading up to the rooftop to enjoy the view."

"This hotel is close to the California Ave cable car stop so it is easy to get around the city. We have stayed here multiple times and it is our go to hotel when we are in the city. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and parking is secure. When we stayed last November we were relieved to see the city seemed to be cleaned up a bit. Unfortunately that was short lived. Many homeless and drugged out people lying around right outside of the hotel. Streets smelled of urine and feces on the sidewalk. We had hoped San Francisco was getting a handle on this problem but it looks like it is right back to where it was a few years ago. Probably won’t be headed there again any time soon."

"I was able to check in very early, was upgraded. Very friendly and nicer staff. Large room, comfy bed. Extremely convenient location for my purposes. "

"Breakfast was wonderful, food choices for everyone. Parking was great, but expensive considering you are already paying a resort fee."
