"No service! Towels are limited and services stop at 5pm. Evergting we request innterms of service is for some reason not available or told to get it at ABC store. Over priced parking. The moment you arrive, they try to sell you on more vacation packages. We will not be coming back. "

"Everything was wonderful! We stayed 6 nights. We had a room with 2 queen beds in the premier (newer) side. It had a balcony over looking the pool (open 8am-8pm, heated). Our beds were comfy, pillows were great and towels were fluffy. Plenty of hot water for shower every time. Large room. Lots of tv channels. Mini-fridge and a coffee maker (that we didn’t use, due to all of the great coffee places nearby). Housekeeping was spot-on with fresh towels every day. We checked in too early, so we left our bags with the very polite & helpful concierge in a locked closet until we returned. The room was quiet and we slept well each night. ALL staff was wonderful! Excellent location….half-block to tram, trolly and bus. Food/restaurants all around. Easy UBER pick-up/drop-off. We felt safe day & night. We will definitely return next time we are in town!"

"My mom, son and I stayed at the majestic inn and from the moment we walked out of our vehicle in the parking lot we had a calm feeling and checking in was even better, we were welcomed by the sweetest people in the industry! Top notch service all around, we made wonderful friendships with the servers at our breakfast at the cafe and it was just such a great experience! We want to come back again real soon! "

"The property is nice, especially compared to some of the surrounding hotels. However, be prepared to pay over $50 for parking, which feels excessive on top of the already premium room rates. It’s honestly disheartening to see how many of these hotels seem to price gouge families. I’ll definitely be more mindful moving forward to factor in the full cost, including parking, before booking."

"Room was dusty on the dark furniture and warm when we arrived but consierge opened curtains and put on air conditioning when we arrived and took our bags up. Lots of shops, we parked in streets opposite, just juggled times and streets with street cleaninh days.. didnt havr breakfast as $25 a day each i believe. Lovely to have pool and be central though"

"Was all good other than being disappointed for not really feeling welcomed or get the perks as a VIP member of Orbitz. I showed them my VIP membership and asked for a complementary late checkout and got an extra hour. No mention of other complementary service or drinks, nothing. I had to comeback to ask and that was for drinks.. no mention on room upgrades.. in my previous experience with other hotels they were considerate enough to go through the details and telling us about each and every complementary services that you get as an Orbitz VIP member"
