“The entertainment factor for kids was good, the beach also nice and calm, but the staff seemed overworked and exhausted. They charged us for 3 pool towels when we didn’t even realize we had to return them at the end of the day, we left them by the pool. We did not take the towels, and so they charged us for something we did not even get. We assumed staff collected all the towels at the end of the day. “The staff was very friendly throughout the resort! The check in process was simple. We especially loved the pool wait staff, Senor Sanchez! When it comes to the food options at the resort, there were very limited. The room service menu only had 3 items to order and only 3 restaurants seemed to be operating.
