“On the first day of checking in the elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage up 3 flights if stairs. No hot water in bathroom during the entire stay!! The responded you must let it run 10 minutes. So after 45 minutes still NO hot water! In addition, the wood vanity at the sick was rotted and clearly with fungus growing into the wood. Lastly , absolutely NO hotel telephone service…they communicated with guests via WhatsApp only! This hotel is one of the most expensive in the city...

I was sick after a long flight. A woman working at the bar (hotel) gave me a cup of tea. It was a great memory and i belive that it shows how they works plainly. ”

“Hotel was under construction. Suite is not recommendable as it seems that 2 single rooms were combined, and hight of room was too shallow. Don't know how's other rooms in tower 1 cuz the Suite i stayed was located old one. In general, service was good anyway.”
