โThis place is a perfect retreat for those who are looking for a quiet haven to rest their minds. The place is large, clean, and homey. โvalue for money hotel, nice rooms, staff ok ( Sophie helped me a lot ) , breakfast ok , clean and silent , a rental car is needed , not tried the pool ( but nice to have ) . they have 3 units / 3 type of rooms : sao sebastiao, boutique and guest house. โ
โBeautifully presented complex with immaculate grounds and apartment. The accommodation was very spacious and it felt like we were the first people to stay in the apartment, it was pristine! Really friendly and helpful staff.โ
โSuper site and large safe complex - amazing beach and high quality restaurants onsite - it is a very quiet place despite the size and makes a perfect holiday base on the downside the drinks, food and facilities are vastly over priced. We have been.few times but this year it was noticeable how few guests where actually buying anything poolside for example. โ
โWhat incredible service from the staff at reception especially Gonรงalos to rooms, pools, spa, luggage handlers, buggy drivers, spa receptionist, poolside bar service and the sunset bar place

Cooked breakfast in the ocean suites most days -all the utensils were perfect
Even did a load of laundry helped I bought a few pods with me
Zest had a tasty breakfast

โ5 nights stay at the hotel is very satisfied. The food at the breakfast is very good as well as dinner (we took half board). even thought the dinner was buffet, there were plenty of selections were available including theme foods which changed everyday.
location was also very good that it has a nice sea view from the hotel and has very easy access to private like beach.
All the staff were friendly and effective to handle requests.
Only hiccup was our room air heater was not working for the first...
โThis hotel is a luxury resort with staff that go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The setting is beautiful and it is quiet and peaceful. Food in all the restaurants is amazing. Rooms are beautiful. Spacious grounds with many areas to sit and relax or swim. โ
