"The staff are very friendly, always smiling and are polite. They are also very attentive, and remember your likes. On the third day of our stay, one of them brought a cup of americano without my husband asking.
The place is beautiful. I enjoyed the serenity of the place and the vastness of the compound. Almost every area is an instagrammable area. At the time of this post, the resort is renovating certain areas. I believe the room I stayed in is one of the renovated ones. The bathroom and outdoor bathtub were spacious and new. My son enjoyed the use of the bathtub everyday.
There’s washing machines and dryers on-site for doing your laundry (for a fee). Gym has 2 treadmills and a weights section. There is a shuttle bus (song teow) that goes to town. I stayed during the off-peak period so it is ready to go whenever we were!"
"What a hidden gem.
Booked this last minute.
Pleasantly surprised as there were mixed reviews.
I suspect people looking for all the creature comforts from home.
I was given my own bungalow.
Big room and huge bathroom.
AC worked great, I had not water anytime I needed it.
Has a rustic/bohemian vibe which I loved.
Tucked away so it’s quiet but also super close to the market and restaurants.
Breakfast in the more had multiple options.
By far my favourite stop on my 21 day trip around Asia.
Highly recommend this place. "
"This is a really nice place, and I appreciated the breakfast offered. Really good value hotel.
The best part was the owner - he was so friendly and kind, and even offered me a ride to the bus station when I had to leave early the last morning."
