The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy! The staff were brilliantโฆ our door locks battery failed so we were locked out but the cleaner tried to help and called maintenance and he was there within 5 mins. Excellent service from everyone!

The hotel was spotless and the staff very accommodating. Our meal in the restaurant was also very good and the service excellent. I loved the location!!!!! Excellent location for city centre shops. Hotel is nice and modern and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would use hotel again.
