We had a lovely holiday here. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food was excellent and loads to choose from with nice ambience and decor in the restaurants and throughout the whole hotel. Lobby is very impressive and airy but lots of wooden structures - not plasticky at all. Entertainment was of a high standard and the Staff all really friendly. Rooms made up to a high standard every day. Grounds very well maintained. A great value for money holiday and cannot fault this hotel and would definitely return.

Fabulous stay! The resort is stunning, both the indoor and outdoor areas are very impressive. The sabana bar area was perfect as the start of the trip was hampered with poor weather. The food choices were really varied and there were plenty of choices. Our room was large and very clean, the staff at the resort were fabulous, and very friendly. I cant recommend enough!

This place was perfect for our large family trip! A week in February half term. Something for everyone! Everything sparkling clean, lots of activities throughout the day. The food was amazing, and they catered really well for our son who is Gluten Free. The only slight down side, which did not affect our party, was it's all built on a slight incline, so we might have had problems if one of us was very unstable on our feet, especially going down to the beach, however, there is a lift in the main building and ramps throughout the resort for wheelchairs. But for most, the incline makes for stunning views and an interesting/beautiful resort!!

This hotel is spread out over a hillside. It has many chill out areas - both sitting and lounging (indoor and outdoor). There are a variety of shops onsite and a supermarket up the road. There is a spa and activities programme but I didn't use either. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The rooms are downhill from the main building. It is a steep hill to get from the rooms to the main building / restaurant. Returning to my room in the evening as a lone female, I didn't feel safe because of the low lighting along the pathway. There is gated access to the beach from the hotel. There is steep gravel hill to get to and from the beautiful beach.

Rooms basic even in the esencia side - wasn’t explained there was a pool and restaurant in this side so we didn’t realise until the last day. Food you can’t fault, fresh meats, fish daily, salad etc something for everyone.never go hungry with the restaurant over looking the beach serving from 11:30 all day burgers, chips pizza etc We was lucky enough to have some lovely weather Views are beautiful Got a fantastic deal on Expedia all inclusive which was perfect. Overall it is ok place to stay, with nice pools and sandy beach, good variety of meals to choose from, only you have to consider that the hotel is on the slope, meaning all the time you have to walk up and down the hill.

We really enjoyed our stay. This resort has everything you need. My bed was a bit too hard and some repetitive / stale food options at times but this really wasn’t too much of a problem. Loads of places to sit and chill by the pool. Great access to the Beach too.

Property is good for a budget trip and price point makes it attractive. Main lobby is stunning. Staff are very helpful when needed. Food market can be very busy at peak times. Rooms were good and cleaned regularly. good holiday desitination but quieter part of the island.
