"Negatives: The room was mostly clean although there was a wrapper on the floor from a previous occupant under a little table that may have gotten missed. My bed's sheets were clean, but there was a small visible stain on the bottom fitted sheet. One of the card keys did not work & the 1st night was a little noisy at 12:30am, then again around 2 or 3am as we heard a dog bark aggressively at someone (?) within one of the rooms, then there was talking to follow for a while. We arrived around 5:30pm for check in which was now dark (time change). We were directed to park in the underground parking, but when we drove down into this area, there were no other cars, only one entrance to enter & exit out of. You had to turn around in a very tight area to get out. There were puddles of standing water from drainage above which made unloading awkward not to get wet. After unloading our luggage to the room, I re-parked my car in one of the outside parking spots because I didn't feel good about the underground parking area & signs everywhere stating to park "at your own risk" made me feel a little nervous.
Positives: The shower was nice, amenities were available within the room (iron, coffee maker, humidifier ...) Hotel was in process of upgrades to overall rooms, exterior & also adding a breakfast station within the front office that would open soon after our visit. Office staff very friendly & the location is the BEST!"
