"This property is in the best location, right near the ferry and the outlook over the harbour is just beautiful. The breakfast is amazing and service i could rate any higher. The rooms are quite limited in space, and need more hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels"

"I travelled with my husband and we stayed for 3 nights. It was a great short trip! The resort is beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The bathrooms were okay, they did not match the vibe of the rest of the hotel, but everything still worked. We had an issue with our balcony door and it was promptly fixed. There is wifi all over the resort including the lobby and the pool area. The buffet breakfast was my favourite part of the trip, the selection had everything you can imagine. The rest of the food was quite delicious too, including pizza, pasta and seafood. The staff were nice enough, but I found that when I spoke Croatian they changed their attitude and were more friendly towards me (I speak English with my husband). Overall I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up! "

"Loved the location, a beautiful 20min coastal walk from the old town. Ocean access was perfect, we enjoyed swimming and relaxing on the loungers every day. Breakfast was also great with lots of options. Rooms very basic and bathrooms are dated but would recommend and would stay here again for the ocean access"

We ended each day in the spa before heading out to dinner! The location was nice and close to the marina and town center which was good for us as we were only there for a few days. "We loved our stay here. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We had a room overlooking car park but it was cooler than sea facing rooms. Good hairdryer but kettle only on request. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner with lots of choice. Only complaint was just one very slow coffee machine. Pool area was lovely and very clean. "Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable. "
