"Spent 3 nights with my son and it was such a great experience. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to speak English to my son who has limited Spanish. Close to many restaurants, comfortable and clean rooms, amazing pool and great gym facilities. Can’t wait to return on my next trip to Viña Del Mar, Chile "

"Gostamos muito da localizacao pertodo Metro, da rodoviaria, shopping e cebtro comercial. O, cafe da manha é servico no quarto, razoavel. O nosso quarto nao tinha janela, apenas uma claraboia no teto que entrava luz da rua a noite e durante o dia a claridade e o sol deixava muito abafado. Por sorte a temerarura estava amena. Mas no verao deve ser terrivel. A recepcao foi prestativa. "

"The B&B is very well located, walking distance to the beach and all shopping centre. The bed was not to confortable but considering the price I don't think we could find better."

"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

"The hotel did not have hot water and were not able to refund me for the stay at the time I left. I hope hotels.com is able to sort this out because not having hot water is unacceptable and disgraceful for a hotel that is supposed to be more than decent"
