good hotel in Massy

great hotel with nice pool and garden not very flexible with breakfast schedule even in summer but you can easily walk to the area in town where cafes and brasseries are. check in staff upon arrival was not very nice or welcoming even though it was only 7 pm

Everything you need

The facility was perfect with pool and games for the kids. Breakfast was consistently good and the one night we ate at the restaurant it was delicious. The best part was the staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful

Inside ver nice, clean & well ordered. Comfortable room & lively bar / dining area. Immediate area around heavily under construction but short walk to centre ville is pleasant. Good for RER station.

Online commitment and when we reach hotel terms and conditions is bit different so I don't like that specially they asked me for deposit and when I booked online I didn't see anything like that and when we asked something about to check the room they said you have to do it Ur own we can't help that the worst thing in this hotel

We visited 2nd week of August . There was a heat wave. The A/c in this hotel is terrible. Even hotels in 3rd world countries have better a/c. We complained this to the front desk . They told they would fix it bit nothing was done. They were rude. We had to open windows and sleep.

Goed ontvangst (s’avonds laat) en ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. Verder wel lek gestoken in de nacht door muggen en zat er een fout in de administratie. Daardoor moesten we bijna dubbel betalen voor de hotelkamer.
