"The check in did not happen using tbe booking from hotels.com, i had to pay to property to make a seperate booking as they dont accept booking through expedia. This is the worst experience i had with Hotels.com, the online agent james told me that they will escalate this issue and get back to me soon. "

"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem.
