Friendly Service Over and Beyond

We were a family of 5 who unexpectedly, an early morning, had to stay one day and subsequent night in Palanga. We were lucky to find the three rooms we needed there, and they were in Vila Labas Rytas. The rooms are very nice; it is a shame we only got the one night! They are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the decor soft and calming. Due to an early flight, we had to check out before breakfast. The ever-smiling and friendly receptionist Dondra took it upon herself to invite us to breakfast anyway half an hour before our taxi arrived (which she, incidentally, booked for us). This was an entire hour before the normal breakfast serving starts. She set a table she characterized as "coffee and a little breakfast". What met us was more a breakfast feast: warm, freshly baked rolls and bread, blinis, an array of cheeses and cold cuts, yogurt, fresh vegetables, and pastries! Dondra made our stay so special and one we will never forget. I hope to return; next time for a scheduled stay. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10. Whichever scale used to measure: top score all the way!

Room was damp, although aircon was on. It took a lot of flushing of water as it was a lot of rost coloured water in pipes. 3 reminders to front desk to get an iron and iron board delivered to the room. Reception desk did not speak English so somewhat difficult communication at check out.

Après plusieurs heures de voiture, nous voilà arrivés dans la surprenante cité de Palanga. L'hôtel est facilement accessible, les possibilités de se garer sont réelles même si quelques places sont situées au fond du garage. Le personnel est prévenant, accueillant et les chambres sont confortables et propres. La localisation reste un atout : à dix minutes à pied de la grande plage et dix minutes également pour rejoindre la grande rue principale, véritable attraction de cette ville un brin "fête à neuneu" !

Relativt nytt hotell, med god moderne standard og romslige fine rom!! Veldig hyggelig betjening, og god service! Eneste minus var at eneste heismulighet var en spesialheis for handikappede, så man må være forberedt på å bruke trappa!

Gutes Hotel für den Preis

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Lift ist teilweise defekt und nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und eine Reparatur erst nach 3 Tagen eingeleitet (bei über 30°).

Palanga vacation

Good breakfast. Large room with plenty of storage space for our clothes. Nice balcony. No laundry assistance. Receptionist couldn't tell me where to park for the beach in this beach town. Good parking. Close to the promenade.

Прекрасный отдых.

Современный отель в тихом центре Паланги. До моря 10 минут неспешным шагом по красивой улице и сосновому лесу. Прекрасный прием. Мебель современная и удобная. Завтраки вкусные. Было так замечательно, что задержались еще на 1 день дольше запланированного. Обязательно вернемся и не раз.
