Giovanni was very hospitable and kind. They did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room is like a small apartment and it is located within walking distance to a beach and a bar overlooking the Mediterranean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very quick communication, apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen to cook meals. WiFi very good. Large outside terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers and beautiful flowers. Parking outside apartment. We had a delicious breakfast one morning in the hotel. Francesco and his family are so very kind and helpful and very welcoming. Beach and restaurants are nearby.

Appartement correct mais la propreté laisse à désirer… sur la table de nuit une cacahuète traînait… Concernant la salle de bain la porte de la douche se déboîtait, la chasse d’eau fonctionnait même le bouton d’appui fortement endommagé. Une forte odeur en continue dans l’appartement. Concernant l’extérieur … aucun entretien les feuilles mortes traînant au sol. Point positif : appartement proche de la plage

Nice hotel with great hostess

We stayed in the 2-room appartment for 3 nights. It's a 2 room-appartment (bedroom + livingroom + 2 bathrooms & big terrace). We arrived way past the check-in time but we made an arrangement in advance, so that wasn't a problem. The hostess and her husband gave us a warm welcome the next day, they made our stay at Il Nico dei Gabbiani very pleasant. Thanks again!

Signalisation de l'hôtel très mauvaise car il faut passer par derrière et le panneau qui indique la résidence est complètement effacé Wi fi de très mauvaise qualité mais niveau de confort du studio très correct et résidence très propre absence de belle vue par contre

Authentic Sardic Experience

the hotel was very good and the staff helped to give us an authentic experience. They managed this by provoking our usual english-minded approach and giving us reason to learn the Italian language, but still keeping it in a very friendly and jovial manner. Furthernore, we recommend taking a archipelago-tour with the friendly folks at Blue Bubbles Diving, their service was superb.
