"The staff were tremendous! Day one there were Wi-fi issues that were later worked through. We booked two suites with exterior hot tubs, only to learn if people were on the upper terrace they could look down on you, so zero privacy so we never used. That was a waste of money."

"Excellent service and a very clean, comfortable room; value for money was average for a hotel of this category. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our Family Studio was a good size for a family, very clean and comfortable, with a crib provided in good condition. The A/C worked well, noise was low (some outside noise, nothing serious), and there is an elevator to the upper floors. A few things to be aware of: the room showed some signs of wear and felt a bit dated. Ours was on the first floor and quite dark — the only window was at the far inner end of the room, so it received little natural light. The breakfast buffet was decent for the price but not very extensive, so we had breakfast elsewhere the next day. The rooftop restaurant was good for dinner. The complimentary bottle of prosecco included with our Expedia booking wasn't provided at first, but the hotel corrected it after we flagged it. The room upgrade offered with the booking (subject to availability) was not available. The hotel is in the Piazza Ippolito Nievo area of Trastevere, about a 20-minute walk from the main sights and restaurants around Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, and the immediate surroundings are not particularly scenic. There is a tram stop very close by, though we didn't use it. For a hotel listed as 4-star, we found the value for money average. Best suited for travelers who prioritize service, cleanliness and space over ambiance and a central location."

Eleina from reception was terrific, welcoming and very efficient So was Success from the bar and restaurant area who was very helpful and pleasant, providing great recommendations. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Featuted good amenities, well maintained and super clean. Definetly my place to stay when I go back to Rome."

"cannot thank the staff at H10 Roma Città enough for their incredible kindness and professionalism. Due to a major technical glitch with Expedia, our reservation was confirmed even though the hotel was completely overbooked. We arrived late at night with a child, exhausted after facing multiple booking system errors across Rome. Even though they had no rooms available, the staff treated us and a few other families in the same situation with immense respect, compassion, and warmth. They allowed us to stay safely in the lobby until morning and actively tried to help us find alternative accommodation. While our overall trip to Rome was ruined by third-party booking platforms, the humanity and care shown by the H10 Roma Città team was unforgettable. If I ever return to Rome, this is the ONLY hotel I will choose to stay at. Highly recommended for their exceptional service!"
