"Can't say enough great things about ths property! The location is spectacular - just a few blocks from Ponte Vecchip and Palozzo Pitti. Also right in the center of many of the artisan shops. The property was clean and the rooms were well appointed and larger than many European hotel rooms. We enjoyed a the complimentary bottle of Chianti on arrival:) The rooftop terracn is spectacular - best view in town of Florence. The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgable:)"

"I gave this a 4star because we were elderlies and we were given a room on the 4th floor and the elevator only goes up to 3rd. Great location though as it was close to everything!"
