"Filippo runs an efficient B&B in Terrasini. HE provided a short video for self check-in and we appreciated this. It was so easy to come and go using the door code and inside key. The location was perfect for seeing the town, sitting by the sea, visiting the wonderful museum and accessing numerous restaurants and gelaterias. Filippo provides a cake-filled breakfast (home made) but also provided some protein with a choice of yogurts. Fresh fruit and coffee was much appreciated as well. Everything was clean, the shower had great pressure, there was a small fridge in the room. Parking had to be found on the street but we had no problem doing so."

"Stayed here for one night before flying home from Palermo. Gina was helpful and accommodating as we arrived after midnight and left at 5 am the next morning. She organized the pick up and drop off at the airport which was extremely helpful."

"The Sporting Club Hotel is an outstanding hotel located on the Mediterranean. Everything that was stated on the hotel website was true. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained each day. Breakfast was outstanding and included which made it very easy each to get started each day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to avoid busy Palermo or Cefalu."

"This place was the Highlight of our time in Sicily. There are so many reasons from the beautiful place itself with attention to detail to the art displayed throughout the lovely boutique hotel. It is exceptionally clean, well maintained, with pristine landscaping, and unbelievable views of the sea and mountains. Breakfast was unbelievably delicious. Ever person who works at Unìco are professional, courteous, and accommodating. I just fortunately found Unico Boutique Hotel and I am telling all my people who want to go to Sicily to stay at Unico. Fabulous!!!!"

"It was new for me b&b concept with check in. Hotel is in quite relaxing secluded area 10 minutes drive to Polignano a Mare. Need a car or Uber for any destination stinks to go. "

"I stayed in a small villa which only had 5 minutes of hot water before the water turned cold. Maintenance came to fix the problem, but never fixed it; even though the front desk insisted that maintenance confirmed that the issue was fixed. The hot water heater was turned to maximum but it did not fix the problem. The staff offered to move my room, but they would only move 1 of the 3 rooms which was not possible for us due to medical issues with one of the family members. I had to figure out a way to shower with continuously turning the water on and off, to wash and rinse, so I would not run out of hot water. It was very inconvenient. Also, if renting a villa please know that there are MANY stairs to climb to get to the main hotel. So if you are elderly or have any type of disability or injury, the villas are not an option for you. Although the can send a golf cart for you, it is inconvenient and not way to get into. I also felt disrespected by the front desk staff because when I voiced my concerns to them, they began speaking to each other in Italian instead of continuing to speak in English. "
