Pretty boutique hotel!

Beautiful hotel! Walking distance to everything in Mondello Beach. The pool area is gorgeous, and the staff was great too. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel. Will stay again when I’m in Mondello. Only complaint is the dinner. The menu said one thing & I got nothing remotely close to what I ordered. Service is phenomenal for every aspect of the stay.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean. Breakfast is delicious. The only 2 issue we had was that the rooms are very small; and that there are mosquitoes and the housekeeping staff keeps the balcony doors open thus letting them in the room.

Book it!!

Don’t hesitate to book at Glam hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming since the moment we step in. The location is perfect, super quiet but super close to the city center and just 20 min drive to Palermo. The hotel is super new, well designed and with good taste (that’s why they still have very few reviews). The food is simply great, very gourmet. If we go back to Mondello or Palermo we will definitely stay at glam.

A curious place, the potential to be great, but sadly lacking in all areas. Rooms reasonably comfortable, there was water leaking from ceiling onto our bed below. The maids came in during our trip to breakfast before we had a chance to change and shower, they rush into the room first thing to clean far too early.

Fall in love with Sicilia at Mondello Glam

I was skeptical when I first booked my stay at Mondello Glam - how can a new hotel be so popular? why was it so affordable? where was the catch? there was no catch. can you call it a business if you feel like youre coming home? I think about Mondello, and I miss it. I miss the people that work there. I miss walking the boardwalk back to my room. they touched my heart - made it personal. they have mastered the art of hospitality, as a service, in their location, their cleanliness and eagle-eye attention to detail. they are perfectly located between the strip with all the restaurants and capo gallo. walk a bit further and you have all the beaches. whether you are traveling solo, on holiday, business, Mondello Glam is an incredible addition to this charming little beach town. I'm very grateful to everyone there who made my stay so special and helped me fall in love with Sicily. Grazie mille ❤️

Mondello stay- excellent

The hotel is brand new within a renovated villa. We stayed in junior suite room, which was very spacious with a sea view and a balcony. The room was very clean, modern, with A/C. There were two smart TVs with ability to stream. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Fabiola and Annia were very helpful and polite. The hotel is in an excellent location close to Mondello beach and the fountain with restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The bed was slightly too hard, but we got used to it. The breakfast was of high quality and very good. There needs to be a breakfast menu to help guide staff about what you want to eat. For example, there are small cereal boxes on the table, but no bowls and you have to ask for bowls and milk each day.

Mondello Glam was truly the highlight of our time in Mondello. While the area itself didn’t fully live up to our expectations, the hotel completely made our trip. It’s beautifully designed, feels so luxurious, and the service was outstanding. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here.

My husband and I had an unfortunate accident starting our vacation in Mondello. We cannot thank the staff at Mondello Glam Hotel enough for their professionalism, empathy and efficiency. Every employee went above and beyond to help us with car service and anything we needed. Location is great. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. It’s a clean, beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We were so fortunate to have a clean, safe and comfortable hotel to come back to during a stressful situation.
