Good location, basic, clean and good service. Catered for the typical City visit. Would advise to use hotel parking €15 or on the street(free). local paid parking is ripp off. €30 a day and very rude.

Hotel review

Hotel is located on a busy street. It is very noisy even late at night. However it is conveniently located within walking distance to politeama airport shuttle bus drop off. The room and bathroom look very tired and old. The water drainage in the shower and sink is slow.

Would I stay there again… yes. That being said, there were issues with the room door. It felt loose and there was no way to secure it from inside. The shower was ridiculously small. The entire bathroom could be enlarged easily without sacrificing any usable space in the room. The curtains fell off the track… they should be replaced. The highlight of our stay was the staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant.

The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. Do not clean even if it is dusty. Italy is generally weak, so I don't really care. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient location. The bus stop is also a 1-minute walk. But not 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is sufficient cost performance.
