The charming property was in a quiet location but close to everything. The breakfast was excellent and the staff Emanueala and the actual owner (sorry I did not get her name) who was there to greet us everyday were the friendliest most informative and nicest people we have ever encountered in all of the trips we have ever made through Europe! My family and I highly recommend this property!

This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. We parked at Gaglini parade for 2 days. Just a five minute walk to the hotel.

We loved our stay at BB22. Comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, quiet area in easy walking distance of major sites. The highlight for us was the warmth and hospitality of the staff who gave such good guidance including excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was a variety of items, cheese, meats, tomatoes. Cut up mixed fruit, like a salad, cakes and breads. We had a terrace room which was beautiful. Unfortunately this is a very old building, so lots of stairs to get to the upper floors, which was also the reception and breakfast room.

A good location right on the edge of the old town. Easy transport to and from the airport using the shuttle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are also close to the marina and plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had an up to date bathroom. My bed was comfortable and had a balcony. Very enjoyable stay however no lift so if you have mobility issues then be aware

Walkable to the Vucciria and Ballaro markets, waterfront, and Via Roma without actually being on a busy, noisy street. The team at BB22, especially Daniel, was super helpful and thoughtful with his recommendations for sites to visit when we checked in. Even on our last day, we were at breakfast before check out and he asked what our plans were and told us about this Sunday flea market close by so we went before leaving the hotel. Not the kind of thoughtful and care you would get from a larger hotel. So glad we went to BB22. We stayed at the suite with kitchenette. It was large, light-filled, and clean. Loved it!
