"This is a wonderful hotel with impeccable service. The staff was incredibly helpful with our car reservation logistics and provided great parking information. "Wonderful place to stay in Palermo. Can’t wait to return."

"Loved our stay at Ballarooms Experience. The B&B was in a very central position close to Ballaro market and was very comfortable- we even had a sauna in our room! Mariella served a lovely breakfast in her other B&B 5 minutes walk from where we were staying."

"Great property. Location perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and historical sites. Staff very nice and helpful"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, the property was clean and breakfast was good every morning. Location was good and within walking distance of most of the attractions of the city."

"Very well located of main shopping and dining street, and very walkable from main sightseeing spots."

"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."

"Superb location for a reasonable price, great place for a low-key stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Fantastic location for restaurants and tourism! This place has a lot of space and was very clean. If we travel to Palermo this is where we want to stay."

"Poor breakfast Small, barely useable bathroom Water is in the mini- bar This is barely a 3 star hotel The staff when they were around( not fully manned) were nice"
