관광하기 좋은 위치
팔레르모 관광하기에 적합한 위치에 있어서 좋았으며 고풍스러운 저택을 개조하여 호텔로 만들었기에 호텔에 있으면서 옛 빌라에 머무는 것 같은 느낌이 들었다.

좋은 곳입니다
좋은 곳입니다 조금 낡은 느낌이지만. 가격 대비 넓고 시설이 훌륭합니다. 룸에서 wifi가 되지 않아.... 그래서인지 이용객들이 나이가 있으시네요. 알이탈리아항공사 지정 호텔인가 봅니다. 승무원들이 많았어요

시내에 가까워 편리함.
도로에 접해있어서인지 밤에 차소리 오토바이소리때문에 짐들기 힘들었음. 직원들은 아주 친절함. 아침 뷔페가 맘에 들었음. 가성비는 훌륭함 그래서 대체적으로 만족.

고풍스럽고 고급스러워요.
고급진 유럽 문화를 알수 있었어요. 오래된 건물이고 카페트가 낡아서 첫인상 별로 였는데 2박을 묵으면서 아침 뷔펭에서 만난 투숙객의 수준에 놀람. 시칠리아를 다녀보니 가격대비 이만한 호텔이 별로 없음. 미리 예약해서 할인 받아 묵어보갈 권함.

깨끗한 호텔!
침대가 편안하고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다! 욕실은 물도 잘나오고 깨끗하고 기본적인 세면도구와 바디샤워 로션 샴푸도 있어서 좋았습니다!

This is a 5-star hotel, but for 2 reasons, it’s not operating at the 5-star level. To be fair, let me list the good things first. The physical plant is excellent. The room looks and feels brand new. Everything is top notch and works flawlessly. It is spacious, with high ceiling, and a very comfortable bed. The rest of the building is also in excellent condition, not to mention the gorgeous design. Now for the 2 flaws. The 1st problem is the location. It is a good location but to reach the historic center, there’s still a 15-20 minute walk through a busy part of town. Moreover, there isn’t a lot of space on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. For a hotel of this caliber, one expects a grand entrance of some sort. Not only is there no such thing, it’s almost dangerous right in front of the hotel. The narrow sidewalk is taken up by parked vehicles so that pedestrians essentially have to walk in the streets with cars and buses zipping by. This is not the hotel’s fault. It’s everywhere like this in Palermo, nonetheless, this is unexpected for such a high class establishment. Then there’s the service. It’s decent but spotty. Once at breakfast, I asked for tea. The 1st server completely forgot. The 2nd brought hot water but not the tea bags. I had to ask a third one. Eventually, the teabags were brought but no apology was offered. There is turn-down service but inexplicably, one my last evening, there was none. Someone did knock at my door to ask if the room was OK. Strange!

Perfect location, easy walk to historic center (straight down Street) great bar (Locale) around corner, great local coffee shop around corner, very attentive service, beautiful breakfast layout and wonderful late night cocktails!

This is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed in. Our 2nd floor city view room was quite quiet even though it looked over a Sicilian street. The breakfast and breakfast room are extraordinary. Best of all, the concierge, Marina, did an amazing last minute job of rounding up a driver and guides for us in lieu of the driver whom we had booked from the States but who didn’t seem up to the job. We would happily stay here again.

Unfriendly welcome. Hotel in Service not up to 5 star level. Ignorant at breakfast. High ambition, low delivery. Overwhelmed and not preöofessional. Overpriced!

Our experience from start to finish was simply amazing! The staff was professional, friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The room was beautiful and large! The shower was probably the best I have ever experienced in a hotel! We can’t wait to go back.

Very pretty hotel in a perfect location to walk everywhere in Palermo. They have a good breakfast and a nice bar lounge area for appertivo or after dinner cocktails. Service throughout the hotel is excellent. Room was pretty, spacious, comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Evidemment c'est le grand luxe,mais nous sommes déçus par les prestations: pas de café dans la chambre, un chauffage excessif(chambre et salle de bain), des lumières dans la chambre qui perturbent le sommeil, un petit déjeuner très moyen....bref on a eu beaucoup mieux dans nos hotels précédents en Sicile pour beaucoup moins cher !

Beautiful hotel with a rich history
We were celebrating my husbands 50 year birthday. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Staff were very professional and extremely friendly. Made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in to the hotel. The room was a corner room with two windows and balconies. The view from the room was beautiful. The room was very clean. Bathroom felt luxurious. Breakfast was very fresh and good. Excellent espresso. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was both beautiful and delicious. The cocktail French 75 is the best cocktail I’ve ever had. The interior of the whole hotel is just breathtaking and historic. We had such a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
