Dear Marlena, thank you for your taking few minutes of your time to share your feedback with us. I regret so much about the issues related to the warm water supply which we have faced during a weekend due to a unexpected main malfunction of boilers impossible to fix immediately despite engineers working on it. I wish anyway to remark that we have tried to offered all kind of assistance and never addressed the issues like "it is what it is" but rather offered to move to a different room, book for you another hotel and refund you for the night. For fairness to other travellers and as mentioned we have jetted tubs and pillow choice on higher room categories and orthopaedic mattresses with toppers on all categories. Very sorry that water issues did spoil your stay with us I extend once again my most sincere apologies hoping that you may reconsider the possibility to stay with us again. Sincerely yours.
