“Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera...

“Lugar agradable, muy bien ubicado, departamento amplio, cómodo, con gran terraza con vista al lago. Personal amable y presto a ayudar. Estupenda piscina techada y temperada. Sería más agradable si el aseo se hiciera todos los días y no día por medio y de gran utilidad contar con un pequeño horno eléctrico, cuchillo para rebanar pan y wife no sólo en áreas comunes. “Cabin was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the entire place was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Excellent location with private access to the lake.
