“We booked a room with a king bed and a queen bed room, but the manager left the queen room and the second toilet locked. When I returned to the room late at night, I realized that the door was still locked and tried to get in touch. However, the hotel didn't have resident staff at night, so I stayed overnight without a second room. I sent a message to the hotel, but there was no response. I think there should be an apology or compensation from the hotel.”

“Barely saw or spoke to another human other than the maid. It was blissful. Pool is great, rooms cute, and when you’re ready for people downtown is a five minute walk. No kids! Delightful! No crappy music at the pool! Rad! ”
