The best hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to El Paseo with all the restaurants and shopping. There’s a great spa and fitness centre plus two choices of where to eat. Parking is super easy and safe. The pool is fantastic and we loved the food and bar.

This was our first time staying here. We were impressed with the hotel interior and exterior. Loved the more contemporary design with touches of retro art. The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location to many stores and restaurants that are all in walking distance. We dined at the Thai restaurant right around the corner...delicious! Valet parking is highly recommended. Trying to find parking along the street can be difficult.

This was a getaway for the holidays with my husband and in-laws. The hotel was well kept and good staff. Room was spacious and clean. Great bed! All in walking distance to shops, restaurants, local coffee and galleries. I would go back to the fun spot in the desert.

I chose the room which had the bath tub next to bed in the room because I wanted to take a bubble bath in the room. There was a picture of the room and bath tub was right next to bad. But the room I got didn’t have a bath tub and asked the front person to get me the right one. She gave me the new room key but the room was the same as well. I complained to the front desk person, and told me they couldn’t get us the room with bath tub because they were all gone. The main reason to choose this hotel was the bath tub, but I just took the regular shower. I was so disappointed. Also I called the front desk to send us more towels, but nobody came to my room for the extra towels. Hotel was looking brand new and was so clean. But the service was not good.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well maintained, with nice amenities throughout. The pool was a great bonus, and the location was extremely convenient with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
